I experienced exactly what you describe when I replaced the central heating and air system in my rental house. I ended up having to pay $5,000 to replace the home’s ducting on top of the cost of the new system. Sure wish I had known about ductless, mini-splits then. I am also filling out the contact form, as I am interested in a ductless heat pump for my Sacramento home. Thanks agan for the good info.
